We're hiring! We are on the hunt for a full-time Traffic Assistant at our St. Cloud location.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in general tasks and responsibilities of traffic department in a timely manner, which may include but are not limited to: Working cohesively with other members of the sales and events teams to ensure ad schedules run to the best of our ability as ordered. Must be able to generate reports requested and update information on a weekly basis. Conducts research for information if needed for communication with traffic, sales, and programming departments.

DETAILS: This position is responsible for providing support to the Traffic Department, an accuracy of detailed information, must follow proper traffic procedures to make sure all aspects of the job run smoothly. You must have good communication skills, strong computer and typing skills, and must be proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook. Radio traffic software is a plus. Must be able to learn and navigate through radio traffic software programs. Perform other duties as assigned by Manager. Must be able to use/operate general office equipment including fax machines, printers, phones, and copy machine.

REQUIREMENTS: Good organization competencies, efficient in time management, exceptional attention to details, ability to multi-task and prioritize, telephone manners and able to communicate and work well with others, positive attitude and self-motivated, team player, ability to work well under pressure, able to accomplish tasks with little supervision in a reasonable amount of time, possess good computer knowledge and proficiency with general office equipment, willingness to learn upgrades and changes in technology.
